Google will manage the website permissions itself

A new feature is going to come in Google Chrome. It will automatically remove the permission given to the website. This new feature has been seen in the Android version of Chrome Canary (a special Chrome app made for testing). This is very beneficial for those people who have given permission to send notifications to a website but later stopped using it. This feature can be included in the upcoming Chrome 128 update.
