WhatsApp has started rolling out a new feature called Contact Notes for business users. With its help, it will be easy for users to remember about any of their customers. Under this feature, WhatsApp business users can enter information about their customers in the app. To add notes to a contact in WhatsApp Business, users just have to tap on the customer’s name. After this, an option will appear, allowing users to add notes to their contact. Let us tell you that the feature will not be available in normal WhatsApp and it has been designed only for WhatsApp business users.
