Telegram is making some changes in its rules. Under this, the ‘People Nearby’ feature has been removed from the messaging app. Also, Telegram has removed the media uploads feature from its blogging tool Telegraph. Actually, the company is taking such steps after the arrest of the company’s founder Pavel Durov. The app has been accused of being an easy platform for illegal activities.
