Microsoft has decided to bring changes in Windows Control Panel. This has been confirmed by the company. Control Panel has been a part of Windows since version 1.0 released in 1985. Microsoft said on its support page, ‘Control Panel is there for some reasons right now but it will be better if you use the Settings app.’
