Actually, Google is testing a new feature, after which this will be possible. After the new update, you will be able to re-size any app on Android tablet as per your requirement. According to the report, the new feature has been named Desktop Windowing. Currently, this feature is available as a developer preview. Currently, apps on Android tablets open in fullscreen mode by default.
