Your checklist of negative belief system

Does it ever happen with you that you want something and you also know how to get there, but there is something that stops you.

Sometimes that leads to inaction. Something that fails you.

It is your lack of self worth coming from your limiting belief system.

Your belief system that is deep rooted in your childhood and life’s experiences.

Here is the broad checklist 

  • Abusive parents, siblings, extended family or even teachers in your childhood.
  • The negative stuff people said to you or/and about you. 
  • Negative things that you keep on saying to yourself. 
  • Negative and discouraging words that you speak to others.  
  • Fear of failure that makes you avoid or procrastinate. 
  • Perfectionist attitude that discourages you to accept yours and others’ shortcomings. 
  • Lack of support system and right people in your life. 
  • Others – You can add more to this list. 

Once you do this exercise, you will feel the heaviness go. You will feel light.
