Coal India Limited (CIL), a ‘Maharatna’ public sector undertaking under Ministry of Coal, Government of India is the single largest coal producing company in the world. Operating across 8 different Indian states with over 350 mines, the company has approx 2.5 lakh employees.Coal India published the official notification of Management Trainees Recruitment 2022 for 481 vacancies.

Candidates who are selected are paid a salary in the payscale of Rs.50,000 – Rs.1,60,000 during the 1st year (training period) and on successful completion of training and passing the test, they shall be absorbed in the E3 grade with payscale of Rs.60,000 – Rs.1,80,000.
Successful candidates who are appointed as Management Trainees are required to sign a service bond of Rs.3 lakhs agreeing to serve the company for a minimum period of 60 months (5 years).

If you are appearing for final year/ semester examination in the academic year 2021-22, you are eligible to apply for this Coal India management trainee recruitment 2022 but it is compulsory for you to produce a proper proof of submit the final pass results by 31.08.2022, else their selection will be cancelled.
Selection Process:
As per Coal India MT recruitment 2022, the selection will be based on Computer based test (CBT) only.It will consist of two papers (Paper-I & Paper-II) with objective type questions of 100 marks each.
Paper-I: General Knowledge/Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability and General English for a total of 100 marks
Paper-II: Professional Knowledge (Discipline related) for a total of 100 marks.
While each correct answer will fetch you 1 mark, there is no negative mark for wrong answers and no marks shall be awarded for leaving a question unattended.
The final list of selected candidates will be prepared based on the scores in online test and shall be uploaded onto the CIL website, who needs to appear for Documents Verification (DV) & Initial Medical Examination (IME).
Registrations & Application
The registration and application fee of Rs.1180 (GEN/ OBC) has to be paid at the time of registration on www.coalindia.in through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking etc., only. SC/ ST/ PWD candidates/ Employees of Coal India Limited & its subsidiaries are fully exempt (not required) from paying the registration fees.
